SHANNON KEITH

Shannon Keith grew up in Los Angeles, California with a house full of animals and family roots in entertainment.
Ever
since she was a small child, Shannon was always rescuing injured and
homeless animals and nursing them back to health or finding loving
homes for them.
So, it came as no surprise that Shannon decided to become an animal rights lawyer.
Animals
are considered property, and Shannon has been striving to change that
while defending animal rights activists in the courtroom, saving dogs
being prosecuted in Los Angeles by getting them off death row, as well
as prosecuting those who abuse animals.
Shannon represents
animal rights activists and organizations. Her clientele include: SHARK
(Showing Animals Respect and Kindness), SHAC USA (Stop Huntingdon
Animal Cruelty USA), SEA SHEPHERD CONSERVATION SOCIETY, and others.
Three
years ago, Shannon became proactive by infiltrating the media with a
strong message about animal liberation and fighting back against the
accusations that people who support animals are `terrorists.`
In 2004, Shannon started a non-profit, tax-exempt group called ARME-Animal Rescue, Media & Education.
ARME
rescues homeless animals and is focused on stopping the problem at it`s
roots, by making educational documentaries that teach people what
really happens to animals and about those who risk their lives and
freedom to save them.
Shannon Keith then started her own
production company called Uncaged Films, after she learned that she had
been an FBI target, labeled as an `Animal Rights Extremist.`
Uncaged
Films and ARME`s first documentary is called `Behind the Mask.` This
controversial film will inevitably change many peoples` perspectives
about our government, about people, and about animal exploitation.

RAMY HASSAN

Ramy
grew up in a small town in southeastern Michigan, where the idea of
animals having rights simply was not a priority. As he learned more
about the plight of animals, he became increasingly incensed. He
realized that this anger needed to be channeled into something positive.
Trained
as a scientist, Ramy embraced his love of filmmaking as an adult. He
believes that the power of film can bring about real change in the
world.
Most recently, Ramy completed a short documentary about the controversy surrounding the LA Jolla seals in southern California.
(savesandiegoseals.com)
Combining his two passions, filmmaking and animal rights, Ramy hopes to create lasting change for the animals.

HOLLY BROWN

Holly began as a vegetarian
in 1990 making an easy transition to vegan shortly after. Her passion
for animal rights also expands into other areas of activism. Moving to
California in 2001 she amerced herself into work with Code Pink ` Woman
for Peace (www.codepinkalert.org). As an organizer she assisted with
many with guerilla media actions and demonstrations.
PeaceJam
(www.peacejam.org) is an organization Holly was introduced to in 1998.
She participated as a mentor for one weekend. Her relationship
continued with the founders over the years. In September 2006 she will
be representing PeaceJam to the press at their 10th Anniversary in
Denver. Holly`s full-time job as Assistant to the Executive Vice
President for Larry Flynt`s empire has also afforded her some great
opportunities. She acts as the liaison between Jack Carter`s Nevada
Senate campaign and Larry Flynt; who is a huge supporter of the
Carters. This relationship enabled her to meet President Jimmy Carter
at a fundraiser. Also through another of Larry's passions, she
occasionally volunteers for the ACLU. In addition, Holly will also,
once again, be team leader representing the company at the Los Angeles
AIDS Walk.
Behind the Mask has become a huge priority in her life.
Gaining mainstream exposure to this film is vital in making significant
changes for animals. Liberation from vivisection can start to happen
exposing the horrific cruelty to animals, beginning in the labs, with
this film. Working with Shannon as Public Relations Manager, she is
confident these changes are possible.
