The South Texas College of Law Animal Law Society and the Houston Bar Association Animal Law Section welcomes animal rights lawyer and filmmaker Shannon Keith. Thursday February 21 at 2:30 p.m., Keith’s documentary “Behind the Mask” will be shown in Garrett-Townes Auditorium followed by discussion with Keith and South Texas Professor Geoffrey Corn at 4:00. The film focuses on individuals involved in the struggle for animal liberation, exposing animal exploitation, and the organization Animal Liberation Front. The program is approved for one hour of free continuing legal education (CLE) for lawyers and is open to the public. The program is co-sponsored by the ACLU at STCL, the American Constitution Society, the Environmental Law Society, the Federalist Society, and the National Security & Law Society.
